I'm
a little over halfway through Great North Road, by Peter F
Hamilton, and I'm really enjoying it. The main portion of the
story is a murder mystery - and the death may be connected to a previous
murder years before. Eyewitnesses describe the killer as an alien monster - but the expedition sent to the planet of St. Libra can't seem to find any trace of alien life. Except someone keeps murdering members of the expedition in the humid jungle, and disappearing without a trace...
